Dropdown questions that select Department now show Code along with Name and related Organization.

Provided a permit type setting to show/hide the Print Forms button under Permit Authorization info page.
Dropdown question default listing is set to a maximum of 500 options.

Increased character limit on text box fields to 500 in OSHA301 PDF.
